Accessible Israel, March 2019

This March 10 event attracted alot of interest at Beth Emeth! A big thank-you to our guests from the Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF), including two soldiers (Hannah, a lone soldier from Norfolk, VA, and Gabriel, an immigrant to Israel from South Africa), FIDF Mid-Atlantic Executive Director Ari Dallas, and our own Cookie Blitz, President of the Virginia Chapter! Also a big thank-you to Beth Emeth's Executive Director Melissa Heifetz, who briefed us on her recent trip to Israel with the JNF's Task Force on Disabilities, and some of the wonderful programs they sponsor. And lastly, thank you to the Adult Program Committee for organizing this amazing program. It even kept the 7th grade class listening and watching!
