Sandy B - MOST BEAUTIFUL FOLD

I followed a new recipe that I found online. I used Low Sodium Smart Balance instead of butter, and I mixed white sugar with Monk fruit sweetener to cut the sugar content. They are filled with Prune Lekvar and Apricot preserves.
